INTEGRATIONS

Connects to the systems you already run.

We don't have a fixed list of pre-built connectors. One integration is included — usually your dispatch system — and we wire it during your free PoC. Anything beyond it we scope as custom development. If your system has an API, a database, a CSV export, or even an email-based workflow, we can usually wire it.

NEMT Dispatch Software

Built for the platforms NEMT operations run on.

Whether you're on a major NEMT dispatch platform or a custom in-house tool, what matters is whether the system can read or write data through an API, a database, or a regular export. Most can. This is the one integration included with Founding, and we wire it during your free PoC.

Operators often use: TripSpark Streets, RouteMatch, MediRoutes, RouteGenie, Tobi Cloud, TripMaster, CTS TranStar, in-house systems.

NEMT Broker Portals

We watch the broker channels you live in.

Most broker workflows happen through portal updates, trip change emails, and inbound calls. The agent can watch those channels and route callbacks to dispatch with full context. That's an additional integration, scoped with you.

Brokers operators commonly work with: LogistiCare / ModivCare, MTM, Veyo, Access2Care, Southeastrans / Verida, American Logistics.

Medical Last-Mile

For couriers moving specimens, Rx, DME.

Last-mile medical logistics teams run on a mix of trucking dispatch software, courier-specific platforms, and custom in-house systems. Same principle: if it has an API or database, we can wire it.

Example systems: McLeod, TMW Suite, Onfleet, Bringg, Box Dispatch, Stride, custom couriers.

Telematics & Fleet

Real-time ETAs from the truck.

If your fleet system exposes vehicle location through an API, we can read it for accurate ETAs and routing decisions. The connection is read-only. It's an additional integration, scoped with you.

Common providers: Samsara, Motive (KeepTruckin), Geotab, Verizon Connect, Lytx, Omnitracs.

CRM & Comms

Logs every call into the systems your team uses.

Call summaries get written into whatever CRM your team already lives in. Some are first-class APIs, some need Zapier or a webhook. Either way it's an additional integration, scoped with you.

Common destinations: Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zapier, webhooks, shared inbox, Twilio.

Most NEMT operations run on a mix of dispatch software, broker portals, and home-grown spreadsheets. The 15-min discovery call is where we figure out what we can connect to — and if we can't, we'll tell you straight.
