Anything beyond it we scope as custom development. If your system has an API, a database, a CSV export, or even an email-based workflow, we can usually wire it.

Most broker workflows happen through portal updates, trip change emails, and inbound calls. The agent can watch those channels and route callbacks to dispatch with full context. That's an additional integration, scoped with you.

Last-mile medical logistics teams run on a mix of trucking dispatch software, courier-specific platforms, and custom in-house systems. Same principle: if it has an API or database, we can wire it.
